Traditionally, limb-driven arrow rests require the launcher arm to sit down at brace, leaving the arrow unsupported until the draw cycle begins. The Float™ changes that.
Patent-Pending Technology That Changes Everything
With its innovative internal mechanism, The Float™ allows the launcher arm to remain fully upright at brace, supporting the arrow without requiring a lock-up system. Archers gain the convenience and confidence of full arrow support — without sacrificing the superior downrange accuracy that only a free-floating head can deliver.
This breakthrough eliminates common frustrations such as instability during high-stress hunting scenarios, while still providing the cleanest and most accurate arrow flight available.
The Float™ is installed as part of the arrow rest activation cord and will function properly going to the top and bottom limb.
Not a Lock-Up — And That’s the Point
Unlike lock-up rests that compromise forgiveness, The Float™ preserves all the benefits of a true free-floating launcher. Archers get the best of both worlds:

The Float will support arrows up to 600 grains with all legacy Vapor Trail Arrow Rests.
The Float engagement mechanism measures a sound less than 5 db, which sounds in the 0-10 decibel range are barely audible. Sounds in this range are similar to a person breathing.
